Moods came about after I became really interested in fusion between electronic and electric guitar music. For the recording I used various plug-ins from the recording program I used at the time, Garageband.

 

The tune is like a journey through different moods. It starts off in a traditional way with various guitar parts leading towards an uptempo part. The bridge features electronic rhythms and  guitar sounds inspired by Robert Fripp. Slowly the listener is led back to a slightly more traditional ending with a subtle surprise at the end.

 

What I really like is that when you listen to Moods a couple of times it becomes irrelevant what parts are electronic and what parts are conventional. It is the mood that matters. it is "Moods".
